- The following is an example of what Century 21 ADA can provide for a 'Community of Owners' in the management of a complex.
- Organize and Prepare a community tax number for the complex and the registration of its existence.
- Organize the Annual General Meeting.
- Organize the strategic management plan & the complex's yearly budget.
- Set up the housing association bank account/ treasury.
- Collect monthly payments from the home owners.
- Pay the communal electric and water charges and record individual meter readings if necessary.
- Maintain the communal areas (swimming pools, gardens, sewerage system, organize waste collection, etc.)
- Generate and send invoices detailing assessment charges, late charges, fines and other charges to property owners.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including financial statements, detailed expense reports and property owner balance reports.
- Handle all unit owner communication and correspondence
- Give general advice & support to all community members.
- Legal Bookkeeping reports from authorized bookkeepers.
- Oversee the emplyement of security guards, gardeners, and other staff to maintain the complex.
- Represent the complex in any matters on behalf of the owners.
- Provide 24 hour emergency contact with multi-lingual staff.
